There was always a track from inside of lalaguda loco shed using which trains from maulali can go towards sitaphalmandi Kacheguda, but due to many road under pass in this area (due to Hyderabad main highway inner ring road) , railway has raised the height of current bypass ie malkajgiri to Kacheguda bypass very much and left lalaguda bypass height neglected,now railway is proposing to raise height of the loco shed to sitaphalmandi Mandi track line which is very much possible

1) double line bypass between cherlapally malkajgiri sitaphalmandi Kacheguda (very less mps maybe 15 kmph because of nullahs and vicinity of residential buildings)
2) triple line bypass between maulali sitaphalmandi Kacheguda (it will have maximum mps )(railway will soon triple the left out section between maulali station and lalaguda loco shed )
