Not going to happen brother. You won't find people travelling end to end on a chair car train for such a long journey of 13-14 hrs. Although it might be possible once Sleeper VB rake production starts. This VB is perfect for the assigned route.

Naah they won't run it post NJP. Not as much demand for NJP-GHY section. Used to travel regularly, tickets are generally available post NJP in many trains off season. Rather a sleeper train between HWH-GHY would be more appreciated, specially post the cancellation of KOAA-GHY GR.

I believe these trains sweet spot will be 12 journey only as only those can cut travel time by 4-5 hrs, thereby justifying the cost....Otherwise, for 8 hr journey where 1 hour is saved, people will not prefer to pay the extra cost

I understand your point but still a seating journey of 12 hours is a nightmare for me and many others. Travelled once in KOAA-HDB intercity for more than 10 hrs and I am not going to travel ever again for that long in Chair Car. Less than 8 hours is ok for a Chair car journey, anything above it is not my cup of tea.
