From checking its running history, it's clear that it gets heavily delayed between SMI and NKE. SMI RXL electrification might improve the section and raise hopes for speedup but until then this train requires slack in that section instead of speedup. This slack can be compensated with speedup between GD and BE with Sitapur route doubling. Also in terms of halts only Laheria Sarai can be removed and maybe BJU can be bypassed so not very high scope of speedup there too.
