Reserved coach were full, reserved means 1 2A, 2 3A, 3 SL.
Interesting that PR mentioned 3nos. 3A but there was an extra GEN in place of the 3rd 3A, means total 9 GEN which were Just totally empty.Wastage of resource.
So only reserved classes were full

Weekly Special trains between Visakhapatnam-Allahabad-Visakhapatnam during the period from 29.01.19 to 28.02.19
08519 Visakhapatnam-Allahabad Special leaving Visakhapatnam at 23.50 hrs every Tuesday will reach Allahabad at 08.00 hrs on Thursday. In the opposite direction, 08520 Allahabad- Visakhapatnam Special leaving Allahabad at 13.45 hrs every Thursday will arrive Visakhapatnam at 14.30 hrs, the next day.
The Special Train consisting of one AC 2-Tier, three AC 3-Tier, three Sleeper Class and seven General Second Class coaches will have stoppages at Vizianagaram, Srikakulam Road, Palasa, Brahmapur, Khurda Road, Bhubaneswar, Cuttack, Bhadrak, Balasore, Hijli, Adra, NSC Bose Gomoh, Koderma, Gaya, Sasaram and Pt.
