A brief review about Yesterday's trip in 12637 Pandian SF express from TBM(Chennai ) to MDU....I had many complaints in my coach...First AC coach cooling was not up to the mark....Totally we 3 of them travelled (2 friends and me)....For me and one friend i booked in PT 3A...Coach B3-1,2....Another friend already booked and his coach was B2-10....In B2 cooling was extraordinary and coach was 2016 made one....And our coach was 2013 made one....Both LHB coaches were made from Modern coach factory Raebareli....Initially when I boarded the train at TBM cooling was low ie) only UB and SU berth peoples got cooling...For me and my friend LB and MB was allotted....TTE seat was near to our berth ie) seat no 7....I felt stuffy for some time due to low cooling....Then me and my friend went to meet train Captain who was in B1....And complained to him about the low cooling of...

our coach....He then took immediate action...Called the attender to increase the fan speed of AC and to decrease the temperature....After crossing CGL we got some cooling....And enjoyed the ride there after....And regarding the coach....Two tube lights were there....One which is in our side the outer glas was broken and the tube was visible...And near to SU berth the night lamp was not working....And generally there will be a stand between two upper berths above the window....But here in our bay i didn't find that one....It may be removed or damaged i think so....In all other bays it was there but in our bay it was not there....Then water bottle holders in most of the bays was damaged....Then toilets were somewhat ok but still they have to maintain it properly....Inspite of nearing diwali holiday the crowd was not that much in UR and in all coaches....in my coach itself B3 there were 5 vacant seats left said by TTE....This train Captain service is better and easy way to complain all our discomforts during the journey.....This train Captain service shud start in all trains....The overall journey was nice and comfortable....I boarded the train at TBM around 10pm and reached MDU exactly at 5.30am.....12661 Podhigai exp was at pf 3 at MDU for LC....Podhigai departed MDU at 5.40am after LC....!!
