Suggestions for efficiency improvement of IR Operation
1. 22643 Ernakulam -Patna Express can be extended up to Varanasi OR MGS (advantages: 1. Direct service from VSKP to Varanasi will be available 2. No extra rake required. 3. Load of PNBE will be decreased and night maintenance (secondary) trains are less in BSB.
2. Capital express may be extended up to Gaya or BSB ( Advantages : Direct train will be available to Guwahati from BSB or Gaya ) Primary maintenance may be given to Guwahati. Ease the pressure on Patna jn/RJPB jn.

more... Malda town to New Delhi /anand vihar express should run via Malda Town -Kiul-Gaya-MGS further same route ( Advantages : New train will be available for Gaya Kiul Section and this will ease the pressure of Kiul-mgs section
4. 12401 Magadh Express and 12401 rake sharing should be started.
12401 arrival time in Islampur should be 2.oo pm and train should depart next day at 08.50 , should reach PNBE 10.30 departure 10,50 , mgs arrival 2,50 NDLS arrival early in the morning 5.10 ( like shramjeevi). Shramjeevi express should reach Rajgir at 10.00 am and same day at 15.30 hrs depart from Rajgir, and from Patna -18,10 ,will reach NDLS at 11.45
This will eliminate the chances of regular delay of 12401 Magadh exp. Only difference is
Magadh will depart from Islampur at 8.50 instead of 15.45 and Shramjeevi will depart 15.30 rajgir in place of 8.10 am
Advantages : no additional rake required and train punctuality can be maintained , only difference is primary maintenance will be done at NDLS FOR BOTH TRAIN.
