my wife with two children travelled fr ndls to tata on 5 oct on this train , these are some observation
1. the service provided by the Meal on wheel vendor is very poor. the food is tasteless and of poor quality, almost everybody complaining about it and meal was not served on time breakfast is not provided till 11 a.m. further there are serving food items on selective basis (items are not provided to each passanger) because of this there was chaos/confusion in the coach b5. they are refusing to serve food to child ( having half tkt with seat) giving excuse of name not mentioned in the chart ( althogh the fare includes catering charges),...
more... they were giving only one bottle of water during the travel fr ndls to tata, when demanded one more in the next moring by my wife there are demanding rs 20 for this . this is height of negligence by the railway to leave this premium train in the unworthy hand of non deserving contractor in spite of railway increasing rajdhani fares day by day.
2. the train is losing its premium status due to poor service of attandand, food, late running .
3. the charging points in B5 coach is not working.
4. there was no train supritendant to look after the passanger.
5. the attandant not provding newspaper to all passanger,
6.the train reached tatangr by more than 3 hour late
