It is possible that the coach has been rehabilitated sometime during it's life time. During a coach's lifetime, most of the parts like bogies, interiors etc are changed and fresh parts can be provided, extending it's lifetime. And at the end of the codal life of the coach, if the maintenance standards are met, then instead of scrapping the coach, it'll be rehabilitated with a small cost, by swapping in new parts for old ones. This can usually extend the lifetime by around 5 years. This coach is probably at the end of it's extended lifetime.
