CKWL- This is the waiting list for tatkal tickets. This waiting list will advance to confirmed tickets only if some persons who booked tatkal ticket cancels. So the chance of getting ticket confirmed is very less if your waiting list position is greater than 10.....my question is WHY WILL SOME ONE WITH CONFIRM TATKAL TICKET CANCEL HIS/HER TICKET WHEN THERE IS NO REFUND.......PLZ ANY ONE EXPLAIN IT TO ME ...
REMAINING H O IS ONLY AND ONLY FOR GENERAL FROM FIRST APRIL 2014.
They either are not aware of the no-refund rule or probably to help others get confirmed. After all, there are still some good people around, I believe.
