DAL/DaliGanj Junction - STP/Sitapur Junction electrification update
CRS inspection from DAL/DaliGanj Junction has started at 10:30AM with 10 coaches train which was hauled by GD WDM3A 14061R diesel loco. After departing from DAL/DaliGanj Junction CRS special train reached SD/Sidhauli where light snacks was arranged but team didn't had due to time constrain and moved to KMP/Kamlapur where lunch was served. After lunch inspection convoy moved towards STP/Sitapur Junction and reached around 05:30PM. speed trial which was hauled by GD WAP4 22263.
DAL/DaliGanj Junction - STP/Sitapur Junction track is 140Km/hr capable however trial speed was conducted at 110Km/hr speed and most probably permission is expected as 110Km/hr.

Finally the "D" day has come
On 09Feb2019 LJN DRM Shrimati Vijaykaushik has laid foundation of first electric pole foundation near MBP/Mohibullapur railway station and after a year on 14Jan2020 first electric loco (GD WAG7 27210) trial run was successfully completed.

so much of wait finally Commission of Railway Safety Mohd. Lateef Khan will inspect DAL/Daliganj (Excl) - STP/Sitapur (Inclu) railway electrification work on 25Feb2020 from DAL/Daliganj at 09:30AM. He will inspect said section in 10 coach's train in which he will be accompanied by LJN DRM Dr Monica Agnihotri and other railway officials including RVNL officials too.
If all goes well then CRS report is expected in two weeks or so time and most probably from third week of March2020 freight trains will start running with eloco. Passenger trains are likely to get eloco from April2020 first week onwards depends on loco availability and traffic department decision.

van - Completed entire section
SSP (2 as on date) - At STP/Sitapur Junction as well as at SD/Sidhauli both SSP's are completed (3rd SSP been spotted - Will update soon).
SP (Only 1) - Basic structure completed and two transformer has been placed at BKT/Bakshi Ka Talab. Approximately 60% work has been completed. (Completion expected by 2020).
Block - Completed and new line has been connecetd with existing line at STP/Sitapur Junction and DAL/DaliGanj Junction as well.
OHE wire energizing - From 10-Dec-2019 wire has been energized.
Trial run : First trial run completed successfully on 14-Jan-2020.
CRS inspection - 05-Feb-2020.
Commercial uses - Any point of time after successful CRS and permission granted by traffic department.
