Its really great to know we have railbus. While my college days there was no train to Soladevanahalli however seems route is improving and getting more trains like railbus. This kind of facilities must be increase to sub-urban's like Tumkur and surrounding areas which would definitely help daily passengers.

Yes, RB will be economical in long run. People need better and on time services. Running EMU on short route will not be advisable as it would not get sufficient headcount means loss in operational aspect. Meanwhile RB is best solution for shorter route like Yeshwantpur to Nelamangala etc.

The condition of 56925/56926 Bangalore City – Tumkur – Bangalore City is very pathetic. The rakes of shimoga passenger train are used for it, shimoga passenger arrives bangalore city at 5.10 am and this train departs at 5.30 am, giving no sufficient time for cleaning. All the coaches are filled with all kinds of dust and bathrooms make real hell experience. I request railway authorities to do something so that passenger can travel.
