In view of Jat agitation over Northern Railway & North Western Railway and GCPA agitation at New Coochbehar over Northeast Frontier Railway the running of trains have been severely affected. At present trains are running via New Jalpaiguri - Siliguri Jn - Alipurduar Jn - New Bongaigaon section resulting heavy congestion and leading to the cancellation of the following trains :-
