It has been decided that existing conventional rake of 58007/58008 Kharagpur-Bhadrak Passenger and 58029/58030 Balasore-Bhadrak Passenger will be replaced by 12 car MEMU rake w.e.f 19.11.2018.
Accordingly, 58007/58008 Kharagpur-Bhadrak Passenger will be renumbered as 68049/68050 Kharagpur-Bhadrak MEMU Passenger and 58029/58030 Balasore-Bhadrak...

The RSA Pattern is as following:
58007 (KGP-BHC 06:35-11:00) -> 58030 (BHC-BLS 11:40-13:10) -> 58029 (BLS-BHC 13:40-15:35) -> 58008 (BHC-KGP 16:00-20:00)
With both 58007/08 and 58029/30 being of SER base...

Already edited bro. I was onboard 18646 East Coast "fast passenger" Express.
Seriously was a pain travelling in this train. Till RJY, it was all bearable. But from RJY to BLS, it seriously halts at every small and passenger halts.
AC coaches were still better to travel, but sleeper is very dangerous and risk for travelling alone.

Due to the public agitation at Soro under Kharagpur Division of South Eastern Railway, train services have been disrupted partially in Howrah-Chennai main line. As a result,58007 Kharagpur-Bhadrak Passenger has been short terminated at Nilagiri Road and will return back to Kharagpur as 58008 Bhadrak-Kharagpur passenger from Nilagiri Road and has been cancelled between Nilgiri Road & Bhadrak.
