the train timing of this train is approx same as rupasi.. so my assumption is rupasi won't be starting and they might ibtroduce badhe bharat in that schedule.
even my expectation was it to be RNC - MURI - PRR - TATA - KGP route..

You will get refund. Train not running and neither is estimated to start soon.
Yes i have asked one of my known person, he also told me i will get refund. He was saying rake not available for running Rupasi Bangla exp now.
The rake of Rupasi Bangla spl was given to Aranyak spl. The present rake of Aranyak spl was the rake of Rupasi spl. after rupasi spl stopped running aranyak spl started running. A second rake was made ready for Rupasi but some GS coaches alloted to HWH-PURI Spl running weekly.
I think after HWH-DGHA Spl gets LHBfied, Rupasi Bangla will start in December OR in November once HWH-PURI weekly Spl stops running again Rupasi rake will be formed and will run in November.

Steel will also start. Wait for SER PR.
I cannot say anything beforehand because SER is very unpredictable zone.

when will SER approves LHB for Coromandel HWH MAS Mail and HWH ADI SF? These trains are legendary of SER . Coromandel is "King of east coast and SER"

HWH-ADI Exp will get LHBFIED before December 2021 end. LHB Coaches comming from MCF.
