While travelling from BGM TO YPR recently by CDG-YPR Sampark Kranti Express, I found the sink in B2 coach, which was apparently not cleaned either in PUNE or MRJ. Fortunately the train reached UBL 15 minutes before time on PF3. I complained to the official in one of the offices on the same PF. Within a few minutes a staff member came and released the water.
