I was doing more research.
Pooled quota of this train/stations is atleast 80 seats (For 14-March-2017 it shows 80 available)
Now my booking status is PQWL 10 which means when I booked the ticket - atleast 90 (80+10) had booked the ticket.
Now if I try to book a new ticket right now then it shows waitlist 108 booking status and 70 as current...

Which means after I booked - 98 more people booked the ticket (108-10=98)
And since current status is 70 - it means out of those 98, 28 canceled the ticket.(98-70)
Now since my current status is still PQWL 10 it means people who booked before me DID NOT cancel ticket at all.
So my question is -- is it really possible that NOONE from First 90 canceled the ticket i.e. noone from 90 people who booked before me, cancel the ticket.
BUT 28 people out of 98 who booked ticket after me cancelled the ticket.
LOOKS very surprising to me and also raises the suspicion.
Anybody has any idea?

Nobody has idea? Why there is no cancellation in 2 and half months?
Shud I go for tatkal? Which means loss of 300-350Rs.

Its strange that no ticket is cancelled even in 48hr window when normally people rush to cancel the tickets.
Anyone can say if it will be really confirmed? Like atleast 90% chance?
