In case of EMUs, acceleration and braking both are super quick. As the MPS is 130 km/h only, it is just as safe as any other 130 MPS train. But yes, additional safety measures would be required for those who are inside.

Without using acceleration reserve - Yes!
Using acceleration reserve - No!
According to the report below, with a 22 coach load, a WAP5 (ABB) took 2+ minutes to achieve 110 km/h from zero at TE 100%. 24 is just 22+2, won't make any big difference as such!

as of today, there is negligible difference between ABB and CLW made WAP5 locos. Both types of locos are used with Gatimaan.

180 seconds is ridiculously high for 110 km/h that too with Gatimaan's load. With Bhopal Shatabdi (18 coaches), WAP5 takes ~3 minutes to achieve 150 km/h in the best cases.

Somebody prepares someone distributes - all need to make profit, hence final price will be higher than if one organisation involved in preparation and distribution.

No mechanism to help passengers who are charged high. Not every passenger can tweet and get help, nor do all approach consumer court. So internal complaint system which effectively punishes overcharging is needed.

Separate cooking and distribution of meals on train may put the paxs in a quandary. Whenever food is stale/improper/untimely supplied, the Base kitchen & the distributing agency shall pass the buck on one another.

Express trains, stations, a stoppage of a train given to station, etc.
(2) IR shall thus be qeuipped with concrete info with financial implication of each activity, and can know where exactly and how much profit/loss it is making. Based on this info, best policies can be formulated so as to make costing of various services provided by IR as low as possible. This will make possible for IR to give better services at minimum possible cost.
(3) However, actual benefits can be derived if political interference is eliminated/ minimised and IR honestly implements the best policies formulated based on the data analysis.
(4) How much of data is actually opened to public is to be seen, lack of transparency give rise to more corruption and political interference.

It would be very interesting to know how much the ACIII actually cost as compared to SL class. The charges of ACIII class ticket is about 2.75 times the charges of SL class ticket between same destinations on the same train. Where as the actual costing to IR may be any where around 1.5 times only. Ironically IR print the message that "IR recovers only 57% from passengers on an avg" on ACIII tickets.
