Non AC three tier is sleeper class , i hope you are aware of that. In a centralised AC compartment how can u isolate two bays alone , however the AC will reach the non AC bay also
Centralized AC without entry hall ,like wise design Centralized AC for the 2 to 8 bays in the coach and the first and the last last bay with the Door without AC .
