Is side lower berth in 3E narrower/shorter or of the same size of the SL berth in 3A?

Specifically for SER. Why are the revised arrival timings of 12664/12666/12840 so odd at HWH? Any reason behind these revisions?

Another thing, for RSA between 12839/12840/12841/12842, are the rakes not shunting to the shed? 12841 arrival at MAS is 16:50, 12840 departure from MAS is 19/:00, 130 minutes of gap only.
In 2008 I had boarded 12840 from MAS, rake was already there at the platform since the evening, then departure from MAS was 23:35 hours

Then how is the maintenance done? Seems a bit of mismanagement.
What is the coupe/berth arrangement in Ac 3 tier economy coaches? Not sure how the 83 berths are accommodated. Ideally 8*10 should be 80. Trying to understand the combinations.

PNR 2232422898. JSME TO HWH. Train 05007.DOJ- 4th June,2017. Train late by more than 5 hours. Filed TDR before 2 hours of SCHEDULE D departure of train.TDR repudiated. Thoughts?
