I was travelling in this train. Boarded on 19th. It reached Mughalsarai outer around 9:30 and then it stopped at outer for around 10-15 mins, and then slowly it chugged on to platform. Technically it was around an hour before time.
Ditto with Kanpur it stopped at outer and still managed to reach before time at CNB. At NDLS before GZB it dropped its speed, and then chugged on slowly. After crossing Shahibabad it dropped its speed further.
I think PNBE-NDLS time table can be revised by an hour comfortably.

This train is very dirty, staff uncourteous. Bed linen dirty as well.
Train is chugging along the station. Platform was mostly empty, snoring co passengers woke me up.
Anyone in this train?
Breakfast served an hour ago. Train is running at normal pace
high tea served with 1 samosa, 1 sweet, 1 haldiram fried nuts 5₹ packet.
Was served vegetable soup!!
