It is B3 from August. The BE1 which is in its consist since February is carrying 'B3' board from April. Besides, AE1 is in Seshadri's consist from 7-9 months. Although there weren't press releases about its additions from time to time, AE1 wasn't removed from its consist and continue to be available in adavance reservation.

I did check it. Thanks for correcting. So, there was no announcement about B3 addition anywhere. Besides, AE1 continue to be in its consist although there is no press release on and on about the same.

I travelled from Sai Nagar Shirdi (SNSI) to Visakhapatnam by 18504 Express last week. The train was fully packed at Shirdi station itself and many used a link train to catch 17063 (Ajanta Express) at Manmad as this train is close to Ajanta.
Though this train does not have scheduled stoppages at many places, it stopped at several places due to crossings and signal problems, says Mahesh of Visakhapatnam.

do not understand why a pantry is not attached to it, though the train travels for over 24 hours. The coaches are old and dirty and the doors were not getting locked properly, exposing passengers to danger of thefts,” he says.
“The train (18504) was jam packed as it is the only direct train to places beyond Secunderabad like Warangal, Vijayawada, and Rajahmundry, apart from Vizag. I don’t understand the logic of the railway authorities in not converting this train into a daily despite the high demand,” says Mahesh.
I suggest that the train be made a daily. It should be once again upgraded into a ‘superfast’ and be made a 24-coach train with pantry car facility. Train 17214/17234 Nagarsol to Narsapur should be extended to Visakhapatnam as the train reaches Narsapur at 11 a.m. and idles there for 24 hours. The extension should not be a problem as the entire jurisdiction from Nagarsol to Duvvada is under the SCR.

I wonder why there are huge demands for extensions, certainly up to Vizag! Let me be clear - The "extension of trains" are main reason why every Vizag citizen is outraging now. At the same time, how far is it better to take away the trains of others (by Vizag) in the name of extensions? The massive demands for extensions if materialized would "sow seed for one more unrest" . Vizag has huge infrastructure and they should strive for their own trains instead of banking on petty terminals whose main job is to fulfill the needs of group of stations.

I haven't yet seen 2nd pit line in NS. A workshop is however ready to temporarily fix the coaches. You may get doubt on how 7213/7231's maintenance was shifted to NS from MTM! That's actually a long exercise. To accommodate 7213/7231 in NS, they fixed RSA between 57298 & co and 57263 and co trains and shifted their base to GNT. This way, they have saved two sessions of maintenance at NS and then 7213 was shifted to NS.

57298 NS-GNT and co was shifted to GNT few months ago. As you opined, three dailies are currently maintained in the sole pit line. 7241/57264, 7213/7231, 7255. That's it.

I firmly believe that this adjustment was done to avoid sandwich in between Annavaram and Rajamundry. 2717 - Amaravati group - 8463 and 7644 join the drama at Samarlakota. For record purpose, Ratnachal was experiencing back-to-back overtakes just to let Circar go ahead. The operation would be uniform from now on, at least on 90% of days. This is a brilliant step by SCR. :-)

You are right. But, there is always 17404 at Bhimavaram Town which can't be delayed. If Circar is rescheduled to depart late by another 25 minutes, then it would reach BVRT around 18:10 - add 15 - 20 minutes delay to that. Thus, it will clash with 17404. Besides, it will further delay BVRT-NDD passenger which is connecting train to 57231. Circar cannot follow 17404 because PF3 in GDV is blocked by 7402, PF1 by 7404 and PF2 will be blocked for 7480/7482. Hence, it is not a viable option to pospone the departure by 25 minutes at COA unless 7404's schedule is adjusted which I think is too tough to happen.
