Aisa majak dobara mat karna. I have travelled a lot in 13024/3. Saare unreserved pax bhare rehte hain from GAYA to LKR. LKR pe khali hote hain toh KIUL se naye unreserved pax chahdte hain till BGP
Railway employees are entitled to travel in 1st Class if they travelling to/from their HQ.
Better ER/ECR should start intercities with same halt pattern on duty hours.
Early there was Staff Train long ago. Used to originate from JMP.

If IR has entitled them with 1st Class Pass to travel in any train of their choice. Then this question should be asked to RB/IR not me.
I am just telling what they are entitled for.
Even it is quite known among us that half of the AC coaches of 12367 gets filled between KIUL & PNBE and then after.

I clearly said, half of the AC coaches of 12367 gets filled between Kiul & Pnbe and so on.
Yes it's quite obvious that you need to book in advance in order to travel till ANVT.
And I already told you that there is a flaw in all the rules. And also TTEs alloted to these trains...
