My Tickets are booked for 25/01/2010 in Garib Nawaz Express from Ahmedabad to Yeswantpur and my W/L no is 8 in 3AC . Will it get confirmed

I feel tough to get confirmed as its booked from ADI and ADI is having quota of 6 in 3AC in general.

One problem in viewing blog. There is limit of 25 entries per page which is good but when one blog is having more comments the page becomes heavy and it takes more time to load. to make it light weight pls show first and last entry per post and put button to expand hidden entries. hidden entries will be loaded as per request using AJAX so that page reload is avoided.

we r travelling by karnataka samparkakranti from blore to nagpur on 31st by 2nd ac,one ticket says rac4 n the other w/l 1...now will tese tickets get confirmed?wit rac as d status can we get a berth in d 2nd ac itself?also we dont ve any return tickets as of now wen will the tatkal counter open?is it 2 days before or three days bef...we want tickets on 7th feb by rajdhani or karnataka samparkakranti
Please provide your PNR of the ticket you already booked.
About return ticket Tatkal opens 2 days before at 8 a.m. but it depends on from where the train starts. e.g. if trains starts from delhi on 6th then tatkal will open on 4th. if it reaches station in between on next day and the station is having tatkal quota then it can be booked on 5th as train comes at that station on 7th. I hope i am able to make things clear to you. But safe is to book from the station from where it starts and get the boarding changed from near by station.

there are many train which are having tatkal quota on many locations. Indian railways is vast sea. there are lot of customisations. golden temple is one of it.

I want to book 11 tickets on this train for 17th Feb 2010. But the tickets from Vizag is only 36 upto Howrah. But there is around 386 from Hyderabad to Howrah. So if I book the tickets from Hyderabad giving Rs.442/passenger and change the Boarding Point to Vizag will that be a prob?? I want the seats, money is not a problem! Pls Guys help me out...

Do it from slo to hwh keep boarding vskp. While booking make sure your are having av-50 approx as from SLO it shows 55 AV Currently. If it shows same then book it. You will get what you need.

I tried just now and it worked as expected so you can do from SLO to HWH and brgd: vskp. You will get the desired bookings dear. No problem at all.
yes your observation is correct. i have experience of that. I wan to book tatkal from hwh to adi boarding tata but not able to book. when i called and asked irctc they say baording change is the reason why the booking failed. but I am allowed to change boarding for adi to hwh and brdg:brc.
But for the case of this train it will work as i observed.

Hey Jitesh I want to ask one thing. Say if i book from SLO and do not change boarding at all then also i am allowed to board from vskp as its the next only stop?
