Grievance Description : Dear Sir, I traveled in 15010 Chitrakoot Express From Maihar to Lucknow on 05-12-2013. My PNR Number was 8219206**. When train Arrived at Kanpur Many authorized Passengers having General Ticket boarded in our AC Coach. When i asked Coach attendant about this he said it is routine process of this train. It created lot of tension in coach. Passengers who were travelling on Valid tickets got disturbed by this. I urge you to take Proper action towards this so that passengers doesnot get affect by such type of things in future and please ban General ticket holding passengers to Travel in reserve class. Please take proper action. Thanks
