10 days before my DOJ, railways, due to unforeseen reasons, cancel:
Case 1: Train 1 (the one whose ticket has all the fare till D)
Case 2: Train 3 (the one whose ticket has ZERO fare)
and offers complete refund to those booked already.

In either case,
1) Can I get the refund for that leg?
2) Can I replace the cancelled train with a different one?
or do I need to cancel the entire thing and re-book
