Rather than Running General Quota tickets vacant/empty, why can't railways allocate them to "Tatkal Quota" at the time of Chart Preparation........

It is as per design...
Check any Train which has vacant berths after Chart Prepartion, railway site show it as avaialble BCOZ users can go Current Reservation Counter and Book them.........

Sad story indeed but the passenger should board the train when he was aware that more than 100 berths available.the on board TTE was bound to give berth in this case.if all information is right than the first blogger must send all detail to RAILWAY BOARD.
Those Details are 100% correct.....
I came to know that there are 100 Berths Vacant after making an alternate arragnement....
How to send these Details to Railway Board...????

simple logic says if berths are available than all WListed passenger should get confirmation.(start to end points).
whatever bug or something else in spite of 100+ availability after charting your ticket is sill WL.
