Out of the Ladies Toilet, 'Ladies' or 'Ladies Toilet' is only written, not that 'Gents are not allowed'. Still it is pre-understood that Gents are not allowed. When a coach is reserved, it is reserved and that authority comes only from confirmed allotment.
In the last of Waiting List charts, a clear instruction is printed that the Passengers, who have not been confirmed, are not allowed to enter the reserved coaches (Language is not verbatim).
At page number 249 of the latest Trains at a Glance, your requirement of LINK may be...
more... fulfilled, please.
Yet, in practice, to some extent W/L holders are allowed and as such a TTE-on-run can only be approached after entering (boarding) the reserved coach only.
Thanks!
