Grievance Description : Dear Sir, On behalf of the Rail User of Bangalore - Chennai - Bangalore Sector. This grievance is for requesting a stop for Train No. 12657/58 at KJM. This train is the most comfortable one both ways and there are a lot of passengers who are wanting to deboard at KJM. Due to non-stoppage at KJM passengers are forced to pay heavy money deboarding at BNCE or travelling to BNC from KJM side. Further, a 2 min halt for this train will not hinder the Time Table of this train as it runs to chennai atleast 20 mins before time avg and to bangalore 15 mins before time. I also understand that KJM cannot accomodate 24 coachers at the moment. I would alos request the authorities to expand the PF 2 and 3 to accomodate 24 coachers. Kindly announce a temp halt for a specific period and find the response. I hope this would be taken care by SWR and we hope for a positive reply. Thanks.

Details : At present, Stoppage for 6 pairs of daily express, 6 pairs of weekly express and one pair of tri-weekly express trains to and from Chennai/Bangalore/Yesvantpur have been provided at Krishnarajpuram(KJM). By providing stoppage of express trains within short distance will consume more journey time and will cause inconvenience to long distance passengers. Further due to Platform constraints at Krishnarajpuram, it is not feasible to provide stoppage of this train at Krishnarajpuram
