Madam,
The issue can well be raised with Airlines (also the Controllers) & the Indian Railways and we can expect a resolution also to it. Innovative idea of Innova seems afresh. Yet, some other questions are pending to be resolved for human-being which the IR (I leave apart Airlines) has yet pemnding. A very basic few are:
1. Why RAC passengers are paying full and still are compelled only to sit?
2. Why,...
more... while allotting sharing berths to the finally RAC holders, the booking order is missed and inside the compartments, they get preference as per the seat numbers in coach orders (with a single TTE at least)?
3. Why some of the Confirmed berth holders have to share their berths with the RAC passengers during day hours (not some others while they would have booked even after those) and for luggage, the journey hours?
4. Why 2nd AC side berth holders are charged for 2nd AC while excepting the night lamp, they are more or less at par with 3AC side berths (3AC coaches are now being provided with curtains)?
5. Why charting in some cases is done just 50-55-60 minutes before the departure compelling the waitlisted passengers to either remain at home (and miss the train after hearing confirmation/RAC) or to come down to the station (may they be lucky enough to get confirmation) and go back after knowing at the stations that they had remained unconfirmed?
6. Why the 2nd class in general and Sleeper class in festival / holidays is so packed that sometimes we doubt of ours being human being?
7. Why ….. Why ….. Why ….. ???.....
Please note that I have not tried to divert the issue of your Dog but have just referred here that some (the above are truly a few) other important issues are floating without finding a destination.
