Facing a peculiar problem with IRCTC. i tried logging on irctc to book a ticket. When i logged in, the page said i need to update my mobile no , email id, pin code , office address pin code etc. To my surprise all those information were already there. Still i cleared all those fields and filled the same data to prove my credentials.
Then it was told, that my profile has been successfully updated and email regarding log in id and new password would be sent on my registered email . The same was sent on my email id promptly and when i tried log in with new password and id , they further ask for mobile verification code...
more... which they claim has been sent on my mobile. however i have not received any verification code on my mobile. Then i tried the option of resending the verification code, still it hasnt been sent. Then i tried the option of reinserting my mobile no again ,then they say this particular mobile no is already registered.
Can somebody help me out ??
