Yea, I have found this often. Jbp division does not work much over the TT and simply tries to borrow it from some other enroute train.
Like in this case, morning arrival at MS would've been preferable than evening, but they did not bother to ponder.
Regarding halts, I wish they ran this via NGP. Also, in comparison with gaya ms, this'll need more halts.

more... ten was already running empty. It's good that this time they tried including MS for patronage, but the TT plays a significant role in contributing to the patronage too.

Halts ke baare mein, main chahta ki ye NGP ke raste se chalti. Gaya MS ke comparison mein, ismein zyada halts chahiye honge.
Jbp ten toh already khali chal rahi thi. Achcha hai ki is baar MS ko shamil karne ki koshish ki, par TT bhi patronage mein important role play karta hai.
