That's absolutely unbelievable.
Maybe that explains the pathetic catering facilities on the entire IR network.
There needs to be some regulation in this section as IRCTC is just minting money and the contractors are providing poor quality meals due to the higher fees. Catering complaints have sky-rocketed in the recent past.
