but still you cant deny the fact that Bihar people especially youngsters will look to migrate outside the state at the first available opportunity. From the poorest to the rich. RAJDHANI ECP etc are filled by such rich people or politicians.

Everbody wants goods opportunity so they relocate to diff city... Many bihari are also there in kolkata so if they get this faster connectivty to kolkata why don't they will prefer this train... For people of katihar/araria/purnea/bhagalpur and some part of nepal also... If they want to go kolkata by flight he will have to go bagdogra airport and from there to bagdogra to kolkata he must loose there 10hr .... So in that comaprsion he will definetly prefer vande bharat because it will tak only 6hr to sealdah

FYI even pnbe rnc vb is doing good despite of several other options between the two locations. Bihar does not deserve many premium trains but has many of them isn't it? Unfortunately trains coming from NE reasons are loaded like anything that can't be explained, pls don't consider it as ranting against region or any other thing but have personally seen the condition of trains towards South nd North from NE region.
