after eneRgiation locos wl not be run,,lot of work wl be there..this is only to avert theft of copper wire..the counterweights at terminal poles wl be adjusted depending the heat (average) in that particular section. and also many adjustments,fixing earth rods,marking ftl, telephone system ,colour lights testing,substatin battery testing (charging and discharging)
so only inspection van with cantiliver (dummy and actual) wl be operated
