police ko bhi saja milti hai...par police ko saja chor nahi de sakta...use dekhne k liye alag log hain...hum apne taraf se sirf itna kar sakte hain ki hum chori na karein aur desh ki unnati mein apna yogdaan dein...baki police ko dekhna humara kaam nahin...use bhi dekha jata hai...police bhi apne man ki manmaani humesha nahi kar sakte...

y r u asking me?ask irctc?no system is fool proof...errors may always creep in,but one in ten lakh pnr or even more suffers so...i have never heard such thing and i am sure if you be true to yourself,even you would not have heard it...one off incident should not be blowed out of proportion...call irctc and they may clarify...they handle lakhs of pnr and effectively refund and manage resvn and cancellations...this pnr in question should be cross checked with irctc for the reason...sensationalising it by knowing one aspect of the coin is not possible for me.if irctc claims it to be their fault,i ll criticize it,but not based on reports of a single side...
