It should not be only 3 days/week. It should be at least 5 days or 6 days/ week with halt or halts. Good occupancy in peak season without halt also. Rajdhani also had no commercial halt at past. Kharagpur, Balesore, Bhadrak, Cuttack, Bhubaneswar are eligible for being halts of Shatabdi like train & this type train. But at first I think only one halt at Bhubaneswar is the best because people can buy ticket if they want to buy ticket not many days before the date of journey except peak season otherwise, it may be full many days ago. So other stoppages are not immediately needed. With stoppage (if not then adding more stoppages) it will be converted into a medium revenue earning train.

Passengers want long standing demand Dhanbad - Sealdah Express. But Rail has given Dhanbad - Howrah Double Decker where Howrah has sufficient trains to Dhanbad. Every year passengers of Barrackpur, Naihati are looking for a train from Durgapur- Asansol area towards Sealdah as they can not get seat in Black Diamond, but not a single train given. Even Ranchi - Sealdah Express via Dankuni is a major demand.

Rail must do survey where train needs. Howrah does not have any need of trains. Sealdah and Kolkata Terminal is hungry for trains. But rail gives train only at Howrah. So HWH- Digha, HWH-Puri, HWH-Dhanbad Double Decker is a white elephant
