1. Pick a train.
2. Go to its individual train page on IRI, and see if you get its availability.
3. If not, then go directly to the official site and type in the exact same train, station, date, etc., and see if you are able to check availability directly.

more... is an issue, only if you are able to see the availability, etc. directly from the official site, but not through the Chrome app.
As remarked before, the official site itself is down sometimes, or unavailable to your area. Once again, there is an issue only if you ARE able to see directly on the official site, but are NOT able to see it thru the Chrome app.
