Hope nobody minds for this (an off- track subject):-
About an hour ago I met our dear PKV sir face- to- face for the first time. At the front of SBI Baguiati ATM we converged as planned (the place was quite suitable as a common little landmark and he was in charge of the establishment of the ATM. After that we went to a Chaiwala's shop where the keeper requested us to go to the next stall as he was done for tonight. So we did (of course he paid). There we stayed for almost 40 minutes and discussed over various subjects. He is a nice old guy, acted as we are known to each other for a long time, so generous....
more... Almost nobody can predict whether he have south Indian origin- spoke in Bengali just like another local person. Later we came to the bus- stand and waited for the bus. After sometime it came, but did not stop; rather stopped in front of the traffic signal (stop signal given). I hesitated as it was risky to run for it. But he ran and I followed him. At the last moment we became able to catch the bus (he was going to the Airport, and I went to my place after that). But it was a strange thing to see an old man like him to run so fast.
BTW, I'm now regretting to miss the chance of taking a picture with him (I completely forgot). Hope next time I'll remember it.
Thanks to all for reading this.
