Hello, I am a frequent traveller from Ahmedabad to Bharuch and back, and usually take double decker or Karnavati. We took this train on 30/08/2017, as the double decker was canceled that day due to rains in Mumbai. We were lucky to get confirmed seats in C3! It is an old ACCC coach. Ticket availability is the only positive for this train. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The toilets were not cleaned and fully soiled. Seats too were not very clean. The tray tables had food materials from the previous trip. C3 had a stale smell. To top it all, food options were miserable. We finally got sandwiches after Vadodara. Railfanning is quite OK. This train has as much as 10 halts between Ahmedabad and Bharuch! It was hauled by an aged WAG5, which really struggled. We touched a max of 102 kph, and immediately, slowed down. That's the...

story of this train - pick up to about 100 and then slow down for a halt! We finally reached Bharuch at 10:50, delayed by a small matter of 50 min! Overall, a bad experience.

And now waiting for privatisation of railways to bring golden days back.
