Right now bokaro and the whole JOC-BKSC section don't have any overnight superfast connectivity with Kolkata, So this train can be introduced which will serve the entire JOC-BKSC section along with Muri and Ranchi

I understand your point my friend. But the issue is, the names you have taken, they are long journey tourist special trains. And ideally the theory you have provided don't get implemented for short journey trains, its very rare for the shorter trains to have such a halt pattern. If you try to implement that, the TT looks very weired like this case. You know, IR also needs to think about the profitability.

Sir, I have already told that this is not for KOAA- ASN section, this train is for Asn-BKSC-RNC section so that they get a better connectivity with kolkata, that's why more halts r there in that section and less halts in Koaa-Asn section, in fact the train is passing at midnight in that section
Moreover, there are some Short distance trains that skip BWN, for example u can take Coalfield, PNBE Janshatabdi, Koaa GCT exp via Pnbe, Pnbe GR, etc
