it's been about 1 month of my comeback and I see a total new IRI is here, I would like to represent the situation here by illustrating a natural phenomenon defined by FOOD WEB or simple one FOOD CHAIN!!

In the ecosystem, we have basically 4 different levels:

Producers
(2) Herbivores
(3) Carnivores
(4) Top Carnivores

In a Food chain the line of feeding is (1)-(2)-(3)-(4) (- means eaten by). For a completely balanced ecosystem, we need a right ratio between all these, else things can go adversely, like if Carnivores outnumbers herbivores then they may harm them all by predating and then grass will grow exponentially resulting death of Carnivores(As they don't eat Grass) that in turn will lead to killing of Top carnivores, and one day destroying the entire ecosystem. So Any of the components IN EXCESS CAN DO LOT OF HARM.

Here, in IRI we have members, FM/TL monitors and Admins. Overgrowth any of these can result as TOXICITY of IRI, and it has been done, there are too much of active FMs here in IRI which is not good for the environmental neutrality, As Excess of H+ or OH- shifts the pH and imbalances it, same is being done here, many of you may not know what i am talking about, even i can't write the names and acts here but you can expect these things in future if FMs/TLMs keeps increasing:

(1) Competition to prove superiority which can lead to several unnecessary VOIDS and CONFIRMS
(2) Competition to be more neutral and unbiased or to show some supremacy which can result in various problems with Blog archiving.
(3) Internal Wars, etc.

The excuse may come that if members are increasing then why shouldn't FMs???
Answer: Do we really need 1 FM/TLM per member? or per Blog post?? 10 of them can handle 400 of blogs/members (as not all of blogs are controversial or not all members are trollers)

So, what can be done?? well, why do we have POLLS then, on basis of RECOMMENDATIONS coming from ADMINS or MODERATOR's Self Picks can be kept in a POLL and People will decide who can be FM. (POLL TO BE CONDUCTED BY MOD, obviously)
