So that's NCR's fault naa.. if IR is running this train on CNB Shatabdi slot and if NCR is not giving its due priority to NHLN AC SF, kind of priority NCR gives to its own CNB Shatabdi, then the onus is on NCR!!
Ideally as per TT no train shud OT NHLN SF till CNB but everyone and SK also overtakes NHLN.. That's clear NCR's territory buddy!!
