When u compare the expenses most expensive chef and designer combined will only cost as much as one single run of a train.
just because of someone's weird ideas, IRs finances are going for a toss and we are ending up paying more by way of higher ticket fare.
Dont know when IR will realise their priorities are misplaced.

But still unnecessary expenses. Why designer clothes for staff? Why can't ordinary people (non-designer) like RM or some big shot in RB choose a colour? What's wrong with present colour? No one, not even rly. unions, demanded designer clothes. Then why?

Just knowing the right solution to any problem is of no use unless the same solution is implemented.
Similarly, ERP shall be useful for IR only if there is willingness to take right decisions, ignoring the variety of vested interests and interferences, which are primarily responsible for most of the woes.

Blind imitation can not make IR an efficient organisation like most of the corporates are.
IR must borrow the work culture and not the designer costume culture from corporates. Designer clothes shall only add to expenditure of IR.
Having uniforms is good, but the designer ones are no solution to problems being faced by IR.
