more... travelling in a premium class of 1AC. To enumerate the issues
1. No liquid soap/tissues in washrooms
2. Dirty toilet seats.
3. Stinking corridor, urine stench.
4. No cleaning staff in entire journey.
5. Dirty AC vents , high possibility of getting infected, especially kids.
Besides these, the onboard staff had no clue whatsoever.
I have made a written complaint as well. And I did complaint on the IR initiative "COMS" but the very second day I get an reply that it has been closed stating the reason ' as per remark of ADME BCT' ?? Ref. No. A/NR/FZR/000161391.
If only our Consumer Grievance Redressal system was proactive, there would be efficiency and competence in our railways.
