(1) Laloo ji ne badi shaan se kaha tha ki, IR ek Jersey Gai hai, aur ise poori tarah doohana padta hai. Pichle RMs ko jersi gaay ko doohna nahin aata.
Media ko Ab pata chal raha hai, ki woh doohai itni khatarnak thi ki Jersey gaay ek asthi panjar ban ke rah gayee, ya fir downgrade ho ke desi gaay ban gayi!!
Aam ka ras to janab ne pee liya, guda didi ke bhet chad gaya, ab bachee huyee guthli ka koi kya kare!!!

more... Ex RM Mr. LPYadav increased the permissible load of freight wagons i.e. the axle load in a hurry to encash the bumper freight loading offered to IR due to economic boom without conducting proper study. Thanks to good job of Mr Nitish Kumar who strengthened the rail infrastructure during his tenure, the track could withstand the load.
(3) Consequently IR was flush with cash and Mr Yadav used majority of earning in passenger subsidy by not increasing fares for 5 years!! and in plethora of his loss making pet Rly projects. This money should have been used to strengthen the IR track to bear the higher axle load put on them by him inorder to ensure safety. As a result, over loaded freight trains weakened the track/bridges and the breakdowns increased. IR track/ infrastructure deteriorated and became unsafe. The great opportunity, the booming economy gave to IR for expansion/upgradation/modernisation, was not utilised for the long term betterment by him. Instead it was utilised to increase his popularity and poll prospects.
(4) The super saturated trunk routes were not in his radar, he in fact burdened them by introducing a large number of trains over them. By the end of his tenure, the economic boom was getting weaker, so were the IR finances.
(5) He proudly stated at IIM Ahmedabad lecture that "Jersy cow has to be milked well, his predecessors were unable to milch the cow called IR. Now it is clear that mango called IR which handed over by predecessor was sucked to seed by him. The same seed which was very badly sown by one of his successors is now giving a bumper poisonous crop of huge passenger traffic losses to IR.
