Suraj, the TT editor has a bug when one tries to update the timings manually. It basically creates both arrival and departure times at the destination. I am quite sure, you have updated the time for HTE manually, right? Better way to avoid this is to use the copy paste option there. The reason I am saying this is because, in many cases, these TLs are given void by many TLMs as "wrong format at the destination", although it's not at all your fault.
