this might be a rare incident....almost every yr CR has specials to PNBE/RJPB.
.
Termini at LTT/DR/CSTM are above saturation point....maybe thats why...also spare rakes may not be avbl.

CR has lots of coaches...
more...
that were made in the early 1990`s and they are due for scrapping.....newer coaches may not arrive soon...hence coaches are in shortage
