the garib rath concept introduced by the railway ministry is understandable by them only.
we travlled during august from bhuwaneshwar to hatia and were shocked with the attitude of the attendent distributing bedrolls. firstly he was giving it at a price for which we did not even get any receipt . we complained to the tt but even he could not do anything.
secondly there was a stampede for getting the bedrolls as everytime the bedrolls are lesser than the number of passengers and is given on first come first serve basis...
more... . if u r travelling for the first time there is no one to tell u about it .
why cannot the coaches carry enough bedrolls to cater to all seats of the coach and why do they have to haress passengers by creating a demand supply hoax.?
why cannot the attendent come to each seat and ask if they want the bedroll or not and charge at the seat and give a receipt ?
why do indians have to fight for basic things in life always?
why cannot the railways create a better and practical approach to the bedroll problem and do away with the small thinking stratedy of creating stampede for the bedrolls.?
in an ac coach everyone needs a bedroll so the authorities should provide to every passenger and not think that today there are lesser passengers so the bedrolls are going waste ? after all the bedrolls are generating revenue for the indian railways so then why should they not provide it to all.
it was a sorryful state and i must say that the government authorities believe in making the common indians run around to get even the basic things in life.
