The Flickr version is beautiful and provides much better viewing. It is gratifying to note the remarkable progress you have made as a photographer. I always find much greater satisfaction in viewing and appreciating self-clicked snaps as opposed to the CUT-PASTE variety which constitutes more than 90% of the snaps posted at IRI. Kudos to you for keeping the flag of originality flying high.

Yep Ashok, your feeling is justified. This tribute is not confined to PK alone but is also applicable to all those who sweat it out in search of rare photo opportunities and put in hard labour to bring us visual delights instead of merely indulging in playing the game of UDHAR KA PHOTO ABH IDHAR :)

Never mind, the Flickr page is awesome and PKV Sir had put it so beautifully and appropriately in words the thoughts that were going through my mind as well, on seeing the untiring efforts of my mates. As you probably know, the quote "muyarchi thiruvinaiyakkum," meaning "sincere efforts do not go waste at all" holds good for everyone of the genuine army of IRI.
