Yo, this train reached Secunderabad 10 minutes early. I thought they would close the train gates for cleaning, so I waited outside for about 10 minutes. But they didn't do any proper cleaning like they do on Habibganj Shatabdi at Habibganj. The staff only cleaned the toilets and picked up garbage. They used dirty clothes to clean the windows, which made them even dirtier. I had to clean them myself with a newspaper. The coach position is usually off by +/- 1 from what's shown on the displays.
The train left right on time.
Food: They served welcome drinks and evening snacks at 3:30pm. The sandwich was terrible, it only had bread with no filling. I also got some oily thing with a kachori in it 😂😂. It was so oily that when I opened it, half of my tray was covered in oil. The other packed food was okay.
After that, they didn't serve anything until Solapur, so my advice is to bring your own food for the time in between. And if the train is late in reaching Solapur, God help you.
The soup is basically rasam with a load of coriander leaves.
Dinner from Solapur is really good, all the dishes are tasty and filling.
Cleanliness: First of all, the trays behind the seats are pretty dirty, so I suggest getting them cleaned by the cleaning staff.
Okayish, the toilets are usually wet, the soap dispensers have foam instead of soap, and there's no toilet paper. The coach is only cleaned twice and the windows are not cleaned at intermediate stations.
The seats don't have headrest covers as promised in the Swarn Project. Even the overhead reading lamps don't work for some seats.
The room fresheners don't work.
The train can be late at intermediate stations, but it's always on or before time at Pune Junction.
The stoppage time is also short at intermediate stations, so if you have a lot of luggage, be ready to get on the train fast because people are really slow with this stuff.

Samjhke ki staff train saaf karne ke liye train ke darwaaze band kar degi, maine bahar 10 minute intezaar kiya, lekin saaf safai to hui nahi (jo Habibganj Shatabdi mein Habibganj mein hoti hai). Staff ne sirf shauchalay saaf kiye, kachra ikhatta kiya aur gandhe kapde se khidkiyan saaf ki, jisse aur ganda ho gaya (maine baad mein akhbar se saaf kiya). Coach ka position normally show karne wali Coach Position Displays se +/- 1 hota hai. Train time pe chali gayi. Khana: - Welcome drinks aur sham ke snacks 3:30pm mein hi serve ho gaye. Sandwich bahut hi bekar tha, bas bread hi tha, beech me kuch bhi nahi tha. Mujhe bhi oil mila jisme kachori thi, itni tel bhari hui thi ki jab maine use khola to mera poora tray tel se dhak gaya tha. Dusre packed khane the, woh theek the. Uske baad Solapur tak kuch serve nahi kiya gaya, isliye meri salah hai ki khud ka khana leke jaaye aur agar train Solapur pahunchne me late ho gayi to Bhagwan hi bachaye. Soup basically Rasam hai, jisme bohot saare dhaniye ke patte hote hain. Solapur se khana load kiya gaya hai, bahut hi accha hai, saare dish tasty aur bhare hue hote hain. Safai: - Sabse pehle toh seats ke peeche wale trays bohot gande hote hain, isliye safai staff se saaf karvane ki salah hai. Thik-thak, shauchalay normal mein paani se bhig gaye hote hain, sabun dispenser ke bajaye jhaag hoti hai, toilet paper nahi hoti, coach sirf do baar saaf kiya jata hai, aur intermediate stations mein khidkiyon ki safai nahi hoti. Seats par headrest covers nahi hote hain, jaise Swarn Project mein wada kiya tha, woh overhead reading lamps bhi kaam nahi karte kuch seats ke liye. Room freshners kaam nahi karte. Train intermediate stations par late ho sakti hai, lekin Pune Junction par hamesha samay se pahle/hamesha time pe hai. Intermediate stations ke liye stoppage time kam hota hai, toh agar aapke paas bada saamaan hai, toh taiyar rahe jaldi ghusne ke liye, kyunki logo ki kaam mein tejii bohot kam hoti hai. Upar diye gaye meri sakhat ray hai aur ray ki sakhti hai; yahan koi bhi ray poori tarah se swagat hai, kripya apni rai comment mein likhe. Ummid hai ki isse madad milegi :)

Iss train mein menu badal gaya hai. 12025 PUNE SC Shatabdi 1) Subah ki chai mein ab 2 biscuits milte hain. 2) Nashte mein, fruit drink, chatni aur jam sachet ab nahi milenge. Lekin ab woh stainless steel spreader dete hain. 3) Pre-lunch soup aur bread sticks ab nahi serve kiye jate. 4) Ab lunch ke liye chawal kam diye gaye hain aur sabji container ke hisse mein shamil hai. 12026 SC PUNE Shatabdi 1) Welcome drink ab nahi serve kiya jata hai. 2) Sham ke snacks mein, bread slices ab nahi hai. 3) Pre-dinner soup aur bread sticks ab nahi serve kiye jate. 4) Ab dinner ke liye chawal kam diye gaye hain aur sabji container ke hisse mein shamil hai. 5) Ab dinner ke baad ice cream ki jagah ek Gulab Jamun serve kiya jata hai.
